Like this brand
Took them for weight loss were OK. But I think my body use them as a natural DHT blocker

Stop breakouts out by taking Vitamins E and B5 along with drink a lot if water. You anti spot soap I use Africa black stop, please not there different strengths
You can crush and add to your pic mix shampoo conditioner etc.
If you see no result good idea to get a natural DHT blocker like nourish Beaute Brand, Saw palmetto, green tea Pumpkin seed seed.
