  A total rip off .. £11 postage for an unprotected poorly packed succulent plant in a jiffy bag from Manchester? Owing to the inappropriate packaging, the young plants were damaged and may not survive .. With a refusal to cancel the order prior to posting, and a no returns policy, avoid this seller like the plague..

  I am sorry that you are not happy with the item. To be fair, you chose Royal Mail instead of Evri, which means the packaging needs to comply with Royal Mail's standard instead of parcel; we assume you have read the T&Cs before placing the order, if you have any concerns should have communicated first, we can't cancel it after the item has been dispatched, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
