I contacted this seller with my problem. they immediately returned my message, say it they would contact the manufacturer to see if there was a fix. but that they would get back to me as soon as possible. True to their word, they got back to me explaining that another unit was on the way. Today the replacement arrived in good and working condition. I would recommend this seller the best for customer service.
