  While the item I received is absolutely gorgeous - working with this seller was awful. She does not care to help the buyer get the lowest shipping price available. She mostly ignored my messages; and when she did answer me she was very rude. Her shipping price was double what it should have been; she didn't care. $20 to ship an item in a large envelope within the US is ridiculous. That's an international shipping price. It's a 1 of a kind item so I bought it anyway. I wish she would have helped.

  Buyers, please refer to previous positive feedbacks. Buyer is not considering the facts out of control of sellers. Ex: As for shipping cost, it’s out of my hands. The further item is shipped, higher the shipping. Not any seller’s fault. Costs are up everywhere. I try to keep item’s weight as low as I can; without paying out of pocket. I always go above & beyond; for my buyers. Sadly, this time that was the cost; due to destination. Happy she loved this one-of-a-kind hard to find purse.
