Just like the original
This remote works like the original. Had it not been for my original remote and key attached to one another, I could not tell the difference!!! Excellent buy and value!!!

Saved money by replacing the original modem
I have Spectrum and replaced the original modem with the exact same model. For setup, I had purchased a two-connection splitter with two coax cables, which I already had. After rewiring the two modems, I called Spectrum and gave them the MAC address of the new modem. They recognized the modem and after a few minutes I had internet access as I had before. Now I save about $12.50 per month. I will have a payback in four months. Good modem!

Once I can open the protector, it works fine
It is difficult to open the protector to insert a sheet.
