  The boots were a perfect choice and the speed of posting by the seller was rapid. Unfortunately, due to no fault of hers the boots were never delivered as EVRI lost them at their local depot. They never even reached the local courier. I enquired with EVRI repeatedly but they were an absolute nightmare to deal with. In total contrast communication between the seller was absolutely first class and to be honest made a real disappointment much easier to accept. A GREAT EBAY SELLER!

  This is unfair feedback! This rug which did not smell when I posted it. I sent it quickly to you - you mentioned on your messages which I replied quickly that you were going on holiday. Upon return from your holiday, you chose to complain which was several weeks later! I explained on the post that this was a used camping rug and I took lots of photos in the post to show this. I did try to resolve this and I did reply to you but you didn’t reply and this was again several weeks ago!
