Need help loosing weight

This is a book that provides easily accessible data on the content of the food we eat. There are gaps, not every single food is covered but it is a handy companionto most foods. It is aimed at diabetics and those trying to loose a few pounds. There is a quirky section covering take away meals which would be useful for cooker phobics
