Over-priced junk. Would not recommend. Avoid at all costs!
1 of 3 found this helpful I bought this device and am thoroughly disappointed with it considering the extortionate price.
It's temperamental, the twisty option is useless (unless your already on twisty roads - in which case, you don't need a twisty option!) as all it does is make you turn every quarter of a mile - so you spend all day doing right angles.
The screen freezes, the volume isn't great at motorway speeds, it doesn't work properly with Tyre which means if you want to transfer routes between Tyre and the device, you have to buy a separate SD card - even though there is around 8GB of internal memory. The memory is there, but you can't access it through Tyre as of yet. Even though TomTom says it's completely compatible. Rubbish!
I bought an SD (64GB) but this was too big and the device couldn't handle it. So then I had to go out and buy another SD card that it COULD handle - which was 8GB.
Tyre are useless in terms of customer service/help. If your problem isn't solved using the online FAQ's, it's tough! TomTom's customer service people are really nice to be fair. Very polite, but essentially useless.
I was even talking to the MD of Tyre at one point to try and get my routes onto the device.
Rubbish, expensive, infuriating to use, nowhere near as simple as it could be, badly thought out, and the battery connectors for hardwiring the device to the battery don't come with the connective O-rings. So I had to go out and buy some from a hardware store, plus a set of crimpers to hardwire the device to my bike's battery.
All in all, it was sooooo much faff. I wish I hadn't bought it, and I will never buy another in the future. I would not recommend under any circumstances - before you buy ANY of these over-priced pieces of junk, I would strongly recommend you borrow a friend's for a week before purchasing, because once you have, and you've spent a month messing around with it trying to make it do what TomTom says it will do (even though it doesn't), it'll be too late for you to return the damn thing.
Avoid.

Shocking quality
0 of 1 found this helpful Really disappointed with the quality and the camera wobble made my footage unwatchable. Went round in circles endlessly with Drift who blamed everything apart from the camera. Eventually got it swapped for a Drift 4K - and that broke after I charged it up! Hadn't even used it. Yet another company charging top dollar for mediocre products. Avoid.
