If you’re a business seller and wish to apply for the Pre-loved Partner Programme, you must meet the following criteria upon application:
- Top rated seller status
- A buyer feedback score greater than 98%
- An "Item not as described" rate less than 4%
- An "Item not received" rate less than 1%
- Offer a minimum 30-day return policy
- Offer listings with free tracked mainland UK shipping within a maximum of 3 working days delivery
- A minimum of 6 high-quality images of your items
