About Monkey Onesie
The onesie was originally sold as sleepwear for adults, but grew to have many more uses. They are all in one outfits that zip up from the crotch to the neck, keeping the wearer warm and comfortable. As well as being worn as a comfortable, warm outfit to sleep in, they are also worn when relaxing at home as lounge wear. Designer onesies have also been manufactured, leading to people wearing them in public in the daytime as a relaxed and informal look.
While onesies were originally designed to be worn during cold weather, thinner versions are also available that are suitable for sleepwear and lounge wear at any time of the year. Onesies for children as well as adults are available, in a huge range of styles and colours.
Onesies are also worn as fancy dress to parties, hen and stag nights and other events. Onesies designed to resemble animals are very common, with a huge number of monkey onesie designs available. These monkey onesies are available for both children and adults, with fleece, cotton and other fabrics used in their creation. A number of monkey onesies have patterned bodies, with, for example, a different coloured stomach panel, and while some include a hood that resembles the head of a monkey, others have no hood whatsoever. Almost all monkey onesies will be long sleeved, and while some stop at the ankles, there are others that have built in feet - either resembling monkey feet or simply the same colour as the rest of the garment.
