I have cancelled my order with them on the same night I requested it, which was 19/11/2010. Today is 16/1/2011 and I still have no refund. AVOID Parcel2Go.
Here is my story: next day, after the cancellation, I received an email confirmation that the order has been cancelled and the money would be refunded shortly. Having received no refund I emailed them a week later and received the reply 'Our records indicate that this parcel has now been collected and therefore unfortunately this refund is no longer liable'. I have exchanged many emails with Parcel2Go. They said that they were late cancelling the order on their system and therefore the parcel was collected. They made up information on their tracking website to show what time it was collected and travelled to Dublin where it got stuck at depot and later delivered to an address in Dublin (the parcel was meant to go to Spain by the way). When I pointed out that the parcel was not meant for Dublin they demanded that I provided them with barcodes the driver left with me so that they could investigate further. My explanations that the parcel has never been collected and I do not have the barcodes go unheard. They refuse to refund me the £45 as they need the barcodes to investigate the case. The email exchange with K.Black and T.Kay is ongoing. I feel CONNED by Parcel2Go. Thanks goodness that I have not sent my laptop with them, as (looking at other people's reviews) it would probably go missing forever. Do not touch Parcel2Go.
