I have just read comments regarding the weak point with the Acer N35, rubbish ours did the same we phoned acer and they were more than helpful. Said it was guaranteed for two years and arranged for us to send it back. No cost to us. Within a week we got it back working fine. Cannot understand how they had so much trouble, customer service department at Acer are friendly and helpful. You can't believe everything you read. If you have a problem with your pda then phone them and ask for help as long as it is still under guarantee we thought only a year but no it's two years.
