Awful - stay well clear of this company

Like if this guide is helpful
My parcel was dispatched 5 days ago but its lost..... even with a tracking no they cant tell me where it is or even what courier took it
Its very big and heavy speakers which would be hard to lose at the best of times
Customer service very poor online and phone
My 4 year old twin boys could deal with customers better than these people
They just say " sorry we cant find it and cant track it" I say what about the tracker and there reply was "the tracker is usless if the courier does not input his info"
Whats the point of the tracker then ???? Duh ......

If you have any sense dont use this company.
Once they have your money they dont care about you or your parcel
