BAMBINO WORLD CAR SEATS - Poor customer service!

I spent an afternoon on Ebay watching my two items.  A Bambino World car seat for children aged 9 months to 12 years old and another for children aged 9 months to 4 years old.  We needed two to go in each of the cars to save time switching as my husband and I are both working parents. 

I won my two items, paid for them straight away and waited thier delivery.  I ahd to email Bambino World for each item, recieved a reply a few days later to say they had been sent.  Eventually the seat (up to 12yrs) arrived.  A few weeks later I am still emailing Bambino World for the second car seat which I have paid for.  The customer services lady who does not have any skills in customer services replies with rubbish one liner emails saying she tried to input the details twice, computer doesn't like them, so she hasn't bothered trying since.  They say I am due a refund and have not actually processed that either. 

I don't understand how one seat cna be delivered and another can't.  They do not call you when they ask you to, they don't offer reasons why the delivery can't take place, they don't offer alternative methods, they don't apologise sincerely. 

Don't do business with this company if you have a baby desparate to have a larger car seat, because they will be waiting a very very long time!!!
