We bought two products from Bambinoworld. A playpen that we were very happy with and a car safety seat that we were and remain very unhappy with. The seat arrived with ridiculously poor quality instruction. It was a very poor photocopy, with badly drawn pictures no larger than my baby sons thumb nail. The English translation was at best average (and included (Austrian I think)words). We contacted them for an at least decent photocopy. They didn't reply. We tried again and again and still no reply. Eventually we tried to claim through paypal as we were still unable to use the car safety seat. This prompted bambinoworld to reply to us, saying that they would send better instructions with clear photographs. They never did. Again, I emailed them for the instructions. All I wanted was a word doc. or pdf that I could print off myself. They didn't reply, ever. I was and remain angry that a company selling baby safety products appear to have such a carefree attitude to baby safety. I think 'cos they had their money they couldn't be bothered with me anymore. So, quite simply, I shop elsewhere on ebay for baby products now and would never recommend bambinoworld to anyone who cares about their babies well being.
