I bought a lay-z-spa in March this year and the 3rd heater has just gone ... the 1st worked for a few days, we then had to wait weeks for the 2nd .. which didn't heat the water, we then had to wait some 6 weeks for it to come from China for the 3rd... which now keeps tripping the whole house - each time we ring customer services and they want us to try this or that to check it's not us.. i asked about a refund - i would have to go back to the supplier! It is obviously not fit for purpose as it has only worked for a maximum of a week without going wrong - I even called in an electrician this last time to make sure it was not us - he confirmed it was the pump tripping our electrics( although when it does work the kids love it - but i think we have only used it about 5 times since March and when you have paid over £300 it is rediculous). No wonder the supplier says that you have to go back to Bestway with any complaints. I just hope that someone is going to be willing to put their hands up and accept responsibility.
