How to know your Pandora is Authentic.

As an ex Pandora employee I used to get daily requests off customers to check if their charms bought off ebay were real, 9/10 times they would be fake Pandora Products. Save yourselves not only the embarrassment of asking in store, but the frustration of spending your money on unauthentic products by following my tips:
  • All Pandora Charms and Bracelets have the "ALE" mark, Silver will have the additional 925 and Gold 585 stamp on them.
  • 925 Represents the percentage of Silver in the product and 585 representing 14ct Gold.
  • All new bracelets (as of 2008) have the Pandora Crown Symbol above the "O" .
  • Check the Item code, if the seller hasn't listed it visit the Pandora Website to find and compare the item being sold, The good thing about Pandora is they keep all their retired stock on this website too, So when buying something marked as "Discontinued" you are still able to compare online.
  • All Charms including Glass Murano Charms are threaded. Spacers and clips are not threaded but still include the stamps on them.
  • If you are still in doubt after comparing with the images on the website I'd advise not to purchase.
