Looking through negative feedback that buyer shave left sellers i often see the phrases.
Wont give me a refund
I didnt buy insurance- so no refund
He sent the wrong item and i have to pay to send it back. etc etc etc.
If you pay by paypal. the buyer is legally responsible for the correct item arriving at your door in satisfactory condition regardless whether they state that you didnt buy insurance, it is there responsibilty NOT YOURS!!!
If it does not and He/She/They will not entertain giving you a refund or replacement. Then just claim through paypal for an item not recieved or significantly not as described. The seller will often then be forced by paypal to refund you or he will send another item to you. This is often successful but not always.
