I have been restoring diecast vehicles for a while now but get the most pleasure from creating code 3 Chipperfield Vehicles.  Only certain vehicles look good done this way.  All our vehicles are taken back to the bare mettal before undercoat is applied.  this consists of 3 coats which then is followed by two base coats and then the final top coat of paint.  we then clear laquer the vehicle and leave for 24 hours for the paint to fully harden.  Only then do we apply the finishing touchs.  The vehicle we have produced draw a lot of attention and we are always looking for that something different vehicle to convert.
