I have recently had an experience with an ebay customer service oprerator.I needed to know why i had a low postage feedback score as the cost of postage was out of my hands.if an envolope will not go through their pricing slot you are charge a standing charge set by the post office.I make no profit what so ever from postage.The buyer then gets grumpy and leaves a low postage score, this then sends me as a "below standard seller".to keep my fees low ebay suggest that i do it free post but add the cost of the postage onto the starting price,this then does not allow me to have my free listings.It clearly says that you can have 100 free listings on certain date as stated at the bottom of your selling page.Can anyone help or advise.
