Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning wheel, or spinning disc of energy. It is also the term commonly used
to describe the energy centres in the human subtle energy system which act as energy exchange points
between the physical body and its supporting energetic system. Our physical body rejuvenates and
energises itself not just with food and breath, but also by receiving universal energy or ‘prana’ from the
air around us. Fresh energy is drawn into the body through the auric field from the subtle bodies via the
chakra points. This life force energy is then passed to the organs and glands in the physical body
through the meridian lines.

Although there are in fact many of these energy exchange points it is the seven main chakras and the
associated minor ones that are important for us to focus on to maintain physical and emotional
well-being. When these chakras are open and balanced they not only support our physical existence but
also provide a rainbow bridge of consciousness between spirit and matter.

Each of the main chakras represents a different level of consciousness and also resonates with particular
emotional and mental patterns or issues which we must recognise and bring into balance in order to
fully attain the associated level of consciousness. Chakras can become blocked by long held negative
states, rigid thought patterns, negative emotions, toxins etc. Using the appropriate chakra combination
will help you to release and transmute these old blocked energies helping you to move past your
previous limitation and expand your consciousness.
For us to fully activate our spiritual connection through the upper chakras we must first open,
balance & align the lower chakras up to the heart. It is therefore best to work from the lower chakras
upwards when clearing blockages. This activates the Kundalini or life force energy in a balanced way.

Take four drops on the tongue directly from the bottle between two & four x a day. Finish the whole bottle
then re-check to see if more of that particular combination or another is needed.

We do not recommend taking more than one combination at a time. Preferably take 10 minutes
away from food and drink. These are all stock level combinations. To gain maximum benefit from your
combination we recommend that you take it without further dilution.

As you take the essences you may become aware of subconscious patterns/issues coming into
consciousness. Know that this is an important part of the process of transformation and that the patterns are
being released and transmuted.
