Checking feed back properly! lesson learned

Like if this guide is helpful

Today I'm totally gutted, I have received (a not deserved) negative feed back : (

A seller in Australia asked for (a lot) more money after i won an item, in fact 6x more than the winning price!

I contacted the seller to try and sort this out, but she sent me emails (not through eBay) that were very rude and threatening. ~ another tip don't automaticly give out your email

I contacted eBay and they are doing their "investigations"! but in the mean time the seller issued a non-payment against me and of course that goes quicker than the other dispute, so they have put a strike against me and left rude negative feed back!

I am so gutted as all my other feed back is perfect

I always look at peoples feed back and percentage, and on the face of it she had a good one, only after this trouble did i actually read the negatives ~ which relived a lot! she over charges on the postage all the time and in this month alone has 51 negatives and neutrals, is 300 in the last 12 months!

So it may be annoying but take the time to read a few negatives and comments it might just save your precious feed back! =^ . . ^=
