Wessex Teak Cleaner and Renovator
In our opinion, the best and easiest teak cleaner available on the market today!
Wessex Teak Cleaner is designed to take away the natural silver colour that teak turns over time, and bring it back to the colour it was when new.
Supplied in a handy storage box containing 1ltr of Part One (red), and 1ltr of Part Two (green).
Both parts need to be diluted with water to the required level - please follow the manufacturers instructions.
Part 1 (Red)
When using the Wessex Teak Cleaner for the first time, you will notice it making the teak wood go dark brown in colour. As you apply it with a sponge, brush or spray bottle you will notice the dirt and muck coming off. When you have finished applying Teak Cleaner and begin to rinse off with water, you will see dirty brown water running off the teak. You will literally see the dirt being removed.
When you have finished cleaning the teak, proceed to Part Two Teak Renovator for maximum wow factor.

Part 2 (Green)
Teak Renovator (also referred to as a teak brightener) is designed to restore the colour so it looks like new teak again.
As soon as you apply Teak Renovator, the teak will lighten to a lovely uniform amber colour and eventually dry to a straw colour, just like new teak. No patchy areas, just some teak to be proud of again!
Once cleaned, we recommend using Semco Teak Sealer to keep your clean teak looking like new for longer.

Semco Teak Sealer

You may be surprised that we don't offer a large range of sealers or oils to compliment our range of teak...

The reason is simple - there is only one product that we recommend, and it's the best by far !Semco Teak Sealer is a solvent based sealer which contains pigments, UV inhibitors and moisture protection. It does NOT contain silicone, varnish, polymers or exotic oils!

Once applied, your teak will not turn grey or allow the growth of mildew. Surface soil can be washed away with mild detergent, and with seasonal recoating the teak will be preserved in its natural state for many years.

If you are looking for a great product for treating your teak deck, teak table or other teak products, then this is without doubt the best product we have seen - so much so that it is the only one we use ourselves. It is incredibly simple to apply, has a consistency like water and just takes a couple of minutes to apply with a paint brush, foam brush or even a clean cloth.

"Natural" will not change the colour of the teak - most suited for decks, tables etc

"Honeytone" gives the teak a warmer feel, more like teak used indoors - most suited for cabinets etc

We often get asked which to choose, here is our opinion - "Natural" is our most popular Semco product by far, especially for boat owners. It is colourless.

"Honeytone" gives a warmer feel to the teak. It really is personal preference but if you have not used Semco before we would strongly recommend the "Natural"

Semco does not leave any kind of residue and you don't have to worry about brush marks at all - in all, a pretty much perfect product that we are proud to recommend !

If your teak is dirty, consider applying Wessex 2 Part Cleaner prior to Semco Teak Sealer. The cleaner will bring back your teak to looking like new. It is incredibly easy to apply and you will be astounded with the results.
