DS Games that do not work

I was stupid enough to buy a DS game from China recently. It was half of the price that other people were selling for but, being a trusting idiot,I went ahead and bought it.When it arrived I was alarmed by the faded colour of the printing on the case and in the instruction manual.I gave the game to my eight year old son only to find that it did not work.I contacted the seller who apologised and promised to exchange the game if I sent it back to Hong Kong, the cost of returning the item did not make this a viable option. When I explained this, the seller offered a partial refund which, under the circumstances i.e my own stupidity,I thought very good of him. After a number of unanswered emails I am still waitng for the refund, after six months, and have nothing for my money except for a valuable lesson i.e do not buy games or consoles from the far East because it is almost certain that you will be left with an item of no use and with no way to get your money back.By the way, the game in question is Kirby Ultra on DS so if you are looking for this game,do not be tempted to buy it from China.
