Disgusted with lack of Comms from Hugo So at UR Galaxy

I purchased a pair of Pocket Wizards from UR Galaxy through eBay just over a year ago, and one went faulty, so I e-mailed UR Galaxy with the detsils of the purchase (inc the eBay and paypal transaction details) and received a quick reply from Hugo So in Hong Kong  (the owner of UR Galaxy). He advised to send the faulty item back and it would be repair or replaced under warranty. So far so good, or so i thought! So I sent off the Pocket Wizard and waited a number of weeks then e-mailed Hugo, with no response. I have e-maled 3-4 times since and received no response. I have no idea if they have received the faulty item back. This level of after sales is frankly appauling and I am now short of one Pocket Wizard costing over £100. Companies like this should be struck off eBay.

I would avoid this cowboy like the plague!
