In some unfortunate circumstances it is necessary to raise a dipute. Even if the dispute is found in your favour, i.e. the other party was in error, feedback can still be left by them. Unfortunately if they are feeling malicous they will often proceed to leave negative feedback and there is nothing you can do about it. This has happened to me on a couple of occasions and I'm sure it has happened to many other users. I've contacted Ebay to advise them that the winning party should only have the oppurtunity to leave feeback following a dispute and the loser's right be revoked. They do not agree with this, but I think it is unfair that a honest Ebayer's feedback score should suffer for taking action against a dishonest Ebayer.
If you agree that Ebay should change their policy on this matter please vote this guide useful.
