Now that the DM800 HD has been out for a short while, most of the initial problems are cured by a simple software update.
If you are experiencing a problem with your DM800, please try the following before contacting your dealer:
Flash the latest CVS image to the box (I use h__p://www.oozoon.de/main_en.html ).
Make sure your box is connected to the Internet.
Go to PLUGINS - SOFTWARE UPDATE and let it go through the update process.
Restart box and test.
