To echo a previous review on Dunster House, I had a similar problem with their customer service protocol.
Their installation crew were short of some parts, which they ordered, but to allow them to sign-off and depart I agreed to fit them myself as soon as they arrived.
Having just spent a fortune on a new garden office + installation I was infuriated to find that I could not ask customer service a simple question about the missing bits, eventually after calling again I got an answer but by then damaged was done.
What a let down this was after the brilliant work done by the crew.
Must also say that after initially placing the order communications became very difficult, sales staff not returning calls, emails unanswered, wrong advice etc, eventually I got worried they had taken the money and gone bankrupt - it was that bad!
Great product, good installation team shame about the customer service!
