We make sure that all postage charges are adequate for that product. Postage charges may differ if we have had to list the item more than once. Please note we do not make any profit from postage - in fact in our other eBay account (now closed down) we had 'lost' money through postage.
1. All staff must be respected through email or through the phone. If the customer is not respecting the member of staff they have all the right to discontinue your purchase.
2. Postage Rules apply for a reason - we do not make profit from them, disagreeing with postage charges will be taken into account however, no changes may be made.
3. All items are checked and secured before dispatch, therefore if an item is traveling via airmail eurojet2013 will not be held responsible for any damage to the product.
4. Items shipped to outside the UK must go by recorded delivery.
5. NO offers through email will be accepted unless stated other wise.
6. Eurojet2013 staff are all trained to spot scams and fake emails
7. This guide MUST be reviewed every month.
8. All emails will be answered personally with in a maximum of 9 Hours
9. All emails recieved on Sunday will not be answered until Monday unless specified other wise.
