Hi, like many I am sick and tired of seeing so many fake football shirts on ebay. So here is a nice short guide to buying replica shirts. Particularly the A.S Roma shirts on ebay.

1. Do not buy anything from Asia. Places like Hong Kong, Bankok etc etc. They are mostly fakes.

2.Always disregard the sellers claims that the material is '100% Polyester Super fine quality/ Grade AA+'. This kind of bull$it really gets on my nerves....Is there a sub grade of polyester? Am I getting a shirt made out of paper? Bin liners? Is there a grade BB? FF? BS? This stupid '100% polyester fine grade high quality AAA+++' rubbish should set alarm bells ringing immediately. It's worth nothing and I dont know who the sellers are kidding when they include this information in their listing.

FACT: The current 2006 A.S Roma shirts are made of 92% polyester and 8% elastane or 88% polyester and 12% elastane. NOT 100% Polyester.

3.Unfortunately, the majority of shirts on ebay are fake. Always ask the seller to confirm if the shirt is an authentic. Ask them if the shirt is an authentic Nike/Adidas/diadora/puma etc replica product.

4. Always check that the AS Roma shirt you are buying is 92% polyester and 8% elastane or 88% polyester and 12% elastane. Other older shirts made by kappa also use a mixture of polyester and elastane or other material mix. Therefore these shirts are rarely immitated and authentic replica kappa shirts can be identified via pictures and communication with the seller more easily.
