Fraudulent / spam emails

I have been using eBay for many years now, quite reacently I have noticed an increase of fraudulent emails  from  what is supposedly both eBay and PayPal.
When you receive an email from either of the above a real one will address you with your name. The fraudulent ones will not address you by your name.
these emails look real unfortunately So you really have to check who the sender is
they will ask you to click a link and log into your account please don't! It's easy enough to check the email address. They usually start with PayPal @ something . Com or ebay@something .com whilst a true email would be .......@paypal or eBay. .   co.  .uk. You can report these emails through both of the companies websites. I know I do! Fraud will always be there,so be careful with these types of emails. These fraudsters will get your card details as well as your home address and name opening a whole new can of worms creating more fraud!
If you suspect the email to be fraudulent don't click on the link but go on to your app or open on a new web page and log in, if there is anything which requires your attention you will be informed through you account!

I wrote this review as a bzz agent as part of a promotion for the brand
I disclosed in my review that I received the product as part of a promotion from the brand.
