Re-enforced concrete can usually be drilled with a rebar cutter.

This is a special drill bit for the job.

Never used a rebar before? When you are having difficulties drilling in re-enforced concrete, consult your architect/builder for a go-ahead with a rebar. Drills straight through.

Please be aware concrete is always re-enforced for a reason! Sometimes this can un-balance stable structures.

If in doubt always ask an expert!

Rebar cutters usually require an SDS adaptor.
