The IMEI number of a mobile phone can also be used to retrieve the unique unlock code for that phone. An IMEI number is normally 15 digits long [can be 16 or 17 digits].

A. The IMEI number printed on the box is not always correct so check under the battery in the phone as it is printed there.


Switch on your phone with or without any SIM card. Type *#06# on your mobile phone using keypad.

Your mobile phone will automatically display a 15 or 16 or 17 digit number. This number is your mobile phone's IMEI Number
