Ebay buyers cannot see or touch the items that you are selling. A good listing should include multiple, high quality pictures of the item. You can now add up to 12 photos for each listing for FREE. (Note: There is a fee to add photos to eBay Motors vehicle listings.) I also recommend that you upload your pictures to a site such as PhotoBucket.com and then paste the pictures into the Body of the Item Description. Photo Bucket is FREE to use.
Your pictures should be in focus and should show your item from several different angles. Any damage of the item should be also be shown.
Your item description should also include the color of the item, size in inches and also in centimetres for selling to buyers in other countries. You should also supply a shipping charge for each item and offer multiple shipping discounts to encourage buyers to buy more than 1 item from you. For example, you can charge £3.99 to ship the first item and then £1.99 for each additional item.
International shipping varies from one country to another, so I recommend that you ask the international buyer to contact you first before placing their order, so you can give them a shipping quote. Lastly, always mention all the types of payments that you accept. I tend to accept all forms of payment including paypal, cheque and postal order as this can increase visibility.
