Just to warn buyers (and sellers too) that from April 2013 asking a seller a question about an 'Item I received is not as described' leads straight onto a dispute against the seller!
This will have little effect on high volume sellers but will kill off alot of smaller sellers (good & bad) that have too many disputes in a 12 month period.
Please Please Please DO NOT do this and instead ask a question by using the 'Details about the item' or even 'Other' instead to give a seller a chance to resolve whatever the issue is BEFORE it reaches the dispute process.
Most sellers will happily resolve the issue via a simple message to them through eBay and will be thankful that it hasn't reached as far as a dispute.
Thank you and please be kind enough to vote on this guide as the more votes it gets the more people will see it, therefore warning others.Much appreciated.
