Purchased Jane Twin Two, "You get what you pay for"! with Matrix Cup travel system x 2 £838 from reputable supplier / retailer (shop). Pushchair is lovely a real head turner, especially with beautiful twins on board. No complaints at all until (6 months old), issue with brake pointed out by other Jane owner, sure enough the brake push bar is apparently bent causing the brake pins not to engage correctly sometimes. Returned to retailer told "you should have been jiggling it about to engage the brake". Pushchair returned to manufacturer, now told we have misused ( how do you misuse a foot bar)? & must pay for repair. 6 month old pushchair (v expensive), £45 to repair, retailer waste of space. Jane servicing won't talk to public. Customer Services are simply a telephone switchboard who delegate all responsibility to "Very busy servicing manager"?!! Customer Services told not to talk to me. Servicing Manager likewise won't talk to me.Ongoing dialogue with Jane owners we've met and appears there is an issue with the braking system. Also appears I have been supplied with a matrix cup car seat & a matrix pro basically made to look similar by removing headrests. Be careful of old stock being dumped on you the unsuspecting customer.
Currently, Retailer has told us to talk to Jane who have had our pushchair for 12 days now. Jane have delivered their judgement. Won't talk to us. Have not replied to email for 2 days. We've had to buy a new pushchair for 7 month old twins.
