Keep Going... Keep Motivation High

It can be difficult when training to keep the motivation going, there are a couple of tricks that can help you get through this.
  1. Visualisation - I thought was a stupid idea, but if you think about the shape you have always wanted and envision your body looking like in that way this surely boosts your motivation to keep going
  2. Think of it as no other lifestyle - this is the way life has to be to avoid illness and keep as healthy as you can. If you think that not training is not a choice, you put it in as part of your routine.
  3. rewards by being good for two a hot chocolate or cake or curry can taste the best in the world. When you don't have something for a while it tastes so good even. The horrid coffee shop you would never enter looks terribly pleasing and the minging coffee which looks like tar tastes fantastic. You gain a new appreciation for the things you used to consume daily.
  4. Fat Burners - can really help to give you a push, if you are lethargic and can't be bothered the fat burners will really give your stamina and boost and help you generally feel that you want to get in the gym. Plus they will push you harder than you may push yourself.
