When I first saw this on Dragon's Den, my initial reaction was "brilliant!" a mouse/wrist support that moved with you, rather than limiting your mouse movement by being static.
I was shocked that the Dragons couldn't see it's potential - I guess they don't have to use a computer for hours on end, day after day. But I wanted one then and there and thanks to eBay I now have one and use it all day.
My tip though, is that I rest the heal of my mouse hand in the dip in the PUK, rather than having it under my wrist. It feels more comfortable and offers the right amount of support for me.
Improvements? I can think of two off the top of my head:
1) make the PUK itself a little taller, only another cm or so
2) have some material covering to the gell part - it tends to stick to the skin and the PUK lifts away with your hand - bit like a wet beer matt on the base of a glass - something that "non-stick" would really help.
But it's a great invention...
