Nikon 610c Camera isn't real wifi

Like if this guide is helpful
Being fed up using a cable for photo transfer to my computer I thought I see if I could get a wifi camera....
I brought a Nikon 610c. It says wifi on the box, it says wifi on the camera, it shows the standard wifi logo. so I thinks thats great and a respected brand to boot....

Great I thinks no more cables to upload my pictures to my computer.

Is it heck as like!

I emailed nikons support & got this response >>>
"The wireless LAN communication features built into the COOLPIX S610c can be used to upload pictures from the camera to the my Picturetown server over the Internet. It can not however be used to download the pictures directly to the computer. Please consult your Coolpix S610c Wireless LAN Connection Guide for further information."

Now what use it that? Don't you think it should be advertised better?
saying it can "ONLY" send pictures to their server?
