My 1 negative feedback relates to an item i sold and sent via Royal Mail without a tracking number. The customer said the item had not arrived and proceeded to log a complaint with ebay which i don't have an issue with. As paypal put the payment on hold, i didn't have his money and suggested that if he could wait while i checked with Royal Mail. I contacted the buyer on the day i promised to refund his money appreciating the time given for me to sort this out, but no reply was sent and he proceeded to ask ebay for a final decision. He won his case on the basis that i had not sent the goods with a tracking no. to verify where it went. I have been let down by Royal Mail in this instance. Funnily enough, the customer said that he ordered another item the same day and that had not arrived either...coincidence??? Does this deserve negative feedback??
All items i sell are with the best intentions and hope this mishap doesn't affect any future transactions.
