I cannot understand why sellers ask us to return incorrect items back to them at our cost.?
If an incorrect item arrives & you have kindly contacted the seller with no delay. Making
the seller aware of the problem, then the seller should offer to pay the return post cost.
WHY SHOULD WE BE OUT OF POCKET!
I believe since eBay is an online auction, the seller should offer to pay for the item
to be retuned back when it is clearly the sellers mistake.
Tip: If you have paid via Paypal, then go straight to paypal and report an incorrect item arrived.
Then contact the seller and advice of the mistake, that they have made. Not you.
Then await & see what the seller comes back with..
PayPal should take note and also allow full refunds to include post costs.
