One of the first things to know about selling china - Is that you have to wrap the  item[s] well for transit.
1  You have to wrap the item well that if you drop it on the floor [i.e your carpet]  it will not break before posting
2   Make sure the box is roughly two sizes bigger that you need.
3   Put packaging in the bottom of the box and make sure the sides have plenty of packaging with your item[s] away from the from the sides
4   Put final packaging on the top of your item and tape up box for posting - this should ensure safe arrival

During the Month of January and February 2012 it is quite unreal the amount of china that's arrived broken due to lack of packaging!!  even though postage has been paid to cover P + P . and I just felt I had to share this with you.

Arrived 10 Feb 2012   Plate broken in half  - full refund received.

Arrived 11 Feb 2012 Handle broken off

Arrived 15 Feb 2012 item sold as good - chip turned away from viewing - when informed sell the response was!!!
 {got your message don't know what you want for 4.99 i think it was in good condition for its age. never said it was in mint "

6th March 2012 arrived broken  Saucer and plate

7th March 2012 4 x saucers and 1 cup arrived broken
