When things go wrong I have found Parcel2Go provide very limited help. My package with TNT is lost and I have found it very very hard to contact anyone who can actually help. Parcel 2 Go sent me a contact number for me to call them that no longer is in use which is pretty poor. Then they resent a premium rate number so they loose an item and I have to call a premium rate number for 5 minutes to get nowhere! Then they say I need to send over various docs which I have already done once!

The bottom line is when things go wrong there is little help. If i had lost an parcel and had booked direct with the courier then I would have called a freephone number and had a real person to look into the matter. With P2G you get live chat or email back up or a premium rate number and they just hide behind the courier and have given me no help or support.

I have learnt a nasty lesson and am out of pocket. Be warned!
