Parcel2go - do not use. I posted a parcel with this company. The item was a fireboard material that is used in wood burning stoves and was marked up with "Fragile" labels, in fact about 15 labels to ensure it was clear that the item was brittle.

I sold my item via Ebay and it was through a message i received i realised the item had not been delivered.

I checked the tracking number and the tracking information clearly read that the item had been held as was hazardous? Mmm, not hazardous otherwise wouldn't be used in a perons woodburner in their lounge?

I emailed to request a claim and my money to be recovered and received an email that read

" Unfortunately, your claim has been rejected as the parcel has been disposed of as it contained liquid and the courier has made note that the parcel was leaking and therefore the parcel has had to be disposed of due the item posing a health and safety risk".

What an absolute joke. Now will write on all forums warning potential customers of how mixed up this company is and their total un-willingness to access a claim for damages and will take them to court to make a point. I note that reading all the forums they already have a very bad reputation. No doubt this feedback email will never appear on their feedback page on theiir website even more proving how crap they are at customer service!

One very disappointed customer!
