POSTAL ORDERS

Hi everyone

The reason I am writing this guide is the fact that no one had ever told me there were two types of postal orders so I just thought I would share my findings with you all.

There are two types of postal orders one is a crossed postal order and the other is uncrossed.

I didnt realise that a crossed one has to be paid directly into a bank account whereas an uncrossed one can just be cashed at a post office. Which can however cause problems if the person you have sent it to doesnt have a bank account.

I also seemed to be charged slightly more for having a crossed postal order made.

I hope this information has given some of you ebayers some help or a better understanding
