Parcel2Go Lost Parcel and BAD Customer service / investigation

I was sending out an international parcel with Parcel2Go with UPS from Scotland to Germany.

As my accommodation is very big the collection can just occur on the receptions place. The parcel was collected, but no proof of collection was given.
The driver has not scanned the parcel so there is also no tracking proof. Because there is always more than one person (especially in the afternoon where collections take place) they were able to witness that this parcel was collected by the driver. This was not acceptable by Parcel2Go, although they asked for their witness statements.
I even insured this case with an amount of 600 ₤!
Nevertheless, Parcel2Go also contradicted their own statements. It just looked for me as they just did not want to do anything in my case and this is not the only case where they just asked for a lot of documents (statements, invoices, ... more than 10 things) but at the end did decide not to pay the return at all. Also their kind of investigation took a lot of time with actually any results they did want to tell me about. Everything was kept very secret, so that they do not tell what really happened.

I am very disappointed to write this here, but the Customer Service did not care at all about my case.
