Very cheap service but dont expect much if something goes wrong!  Customer service is absolutely useless and you have to pay premium rates to reach them.  Online chat help is useless as they just respond with pre-typed "Sorry" and "everything will be ok" messages.

They accidentally delivered two of my parcels to wrong addresses (collecting driver put stickers wrong way around).  I had to call them almost daily and they did not have a clue.  They promised to update me but that never happened.  Even a supervisor continued to make empty promised.

It took more than 1 month to get one of the parcels back!  I have been refunded £10 (£7.14) paid.  But the hassle is not worth it!
