1. I sold an item on ebay on 16Th January, and booked a collection for 19Th, through parcel2go.co.uk. On day of collection I waited from morning till nealy 5pm for collection. I emailed parcel2go asking if they could advise but no response. Later on, through Live Chat on their website, their customer service arranged it for next day. The reason was backlog resulted from snow about 2 weeks ago !!
This negligence has effected my eBay feedback through dis-satisfied customer as well as direct loss of income resulted of un-necessary waiting for collection.
2. I bought a cash register for my friend last year and used parcel2go for the collection and delivery. What we had received was a wreck! despite documenting and taking photos of the item and filing a claim, there were so much effort to blame the sender for not packing it as they said with bubble wraps!! (sender used newspapers to create protection for the item in box, which every body agrees will do the job more than plastic bubbles). we could not do any thing about our claim after all, as it consumed so much time and energy dealing with nonsense!!
I am not going to send any item through parcel2go even if they do it for free hundreds of times. Decision's yours!
