I've used P2G in the past without any issues but recently have had major problems with them - when things go wrong, the customer service is poor - engaged telephone number if called and the Live Chat is slow and unresponsive - not sure where it is based but even from the text it was clear the operative couldn't care less. - tried today and can't even get a Live Chat operator - appears P2G don't have service level agreements with their third party supplers?
Put a negative review through the P2G website and had an e-mail from the Commercial Director within 20 minutes concerned about the negative but in the end just as ineffectual as his customer service. Needless to say the negative review hasn't appeared on the website
Also feel that the couriers treat P2G customers with less of a priority than their contract customers All in all can't recommend them
