Guide for Buyers
Please do not forget to factor into your purchase price the amount for P&P clearly stated in the advertisement for the item you are interested in.
When the item arrives, please consider whether the packaging was adequate to protect it during transit and the postage sufficient so that you did not have to pay extra money to receive it. If these criteria are met then should the postage price displayed on the item be less than you imagined or the packaging utilise materials or colours not to your personal satisfaction please consider the possibility that your thoughts on these irrelevancies may inadvertently stray into your comments on feedback.
The time to act on a perceived excess charge for P&P is bfore bidding, ie contact the Seller before bidding or simply do not bid on the item.
